Restock Notes / Illustrative planning example

Small examples. Different restock decisions.

What does demand-based review look like in practice?

A shortage can belong to one size, disappear when incoming goods are checked, or persist because the stocked version is wrong. These three notes show the logic with illustrative numbers.

Illustrative planning example. Not a customer case study, real order, live stock count or verified sales result.

  1. 01

Note 01 — One size is short; another is covered

Review the short M combination without automatically purchasing L. A team-level impression would miss the different coverage for each size.

  2. 02

Note 02 — Incoming goods already cover the request

Confirmed, suitable incoming stock can remove an apparent shortage. Check the parcel’s allocation and timing before buying the same pieces again.

  3. 03

Note 03 — Stock exists, but the version does not match

Fan stock does not automatically cover a confirmed Player request. Separate the version requirement before deciding whether anything needs reordering.

Examples, not customer evidence

All notes are illustrative planning examples. They are not customer orders, verified stock, delivery records or sales outcomes. No customer, country, date or tracking reference has been invented.

You can use the same reasoning with your own requirements in Restock Check. The calculated gap remains a number to review, not an instruction to purchase.
