Restock Notes / Illustrative planning example

Note 03 — Stock exists, but the version does not match

What does this example show?

Fan stock does not automatically cover a confirmed Player request. Separate the version requirement before deciding whether anything needs reordering.

Illustrative planning example. Not a customer case study, real order, live stock count or verified sales result.

The situation

In this illustrative example, a request specifies two Player L shirts. Three Fan L shirts of a similar design are already available. The matching Player stock count is 0, and no matching incoming pieces are confirmed.

The review

The Player L row shows a gap of 2. The three Fan shirts are not entered as usable matching stock. If the buyer agrees to a suitable alternative after checking the details, the requirement can be revised; the seller must not assume that agreement.

What this does not establish

A version label does not prove a particular measurement, licensed origin or current availability. Ask about the actual offered product. These numbers are a planning demonstration, not a customer order, delivery record or sales result.
