Count by combination, not by team
Five shirts from one team do not mean you have five of the shirt the customer needs. Check the season or design, Fan or Player requirement, size and any printing before assigning stock to the row.
A usable L shirt cannot be entered against an M request unless the customer actually agrees to that alternative. A visually similar shirt is not automatically the same reference.
Separate usable from unavailable pieces
Inspect what is physically present and what can actually be supplied for this requirement. Keep damaged, incomplete or unavailable items outside this row. There is no universal grading rule built into SoloJersey; apply your real acceptance checks and record uncertainty.
If a stock count is unverified, do the count before calculating. Entering 0 because you have not checked can create an apparent shortage that is not real.
Resolve reservations consistently
Items allocated to other buyers are not freely available. For a reservation included in this review’s demand, count its allocated stock only once against that same demand; or leave both out. Choose one method and use it throughout the review.
The Restock Check does not connect to your shelf or order records. Its result is only as reliable as the quantities you enter.
Check the inputs.
- Count usable pieces for this exact combination
- Separate commitments to other buyers
- Exclude unsuitable or damaged items
- Reconcile demand and matching reservations
- Confirm stock physically when uncertain
