Build from customer interest

An Interested Customer Is Your Starting Point

Before you buy supply, find out what the customer actually means.

  1. Make the conversation specific

Ask for a team, season and design, then show the matching photographed reference. Narrowing the choice is more useful than saying every shirt is available.

  2. Check before making the promise

Record size, quantity and any printing. Ask about the actual item and receiving arrangements; a photograph or an earlier enquiry is not a reservation.

  3. Choose your commitment

Review the confirmed details with the customer through your own selling process. Order-led sourcing lets you focus the purchase, but it does not guarantee a sale or remove your responsibility as the seller.
