Plan the First Parcel Before Promising Delivery

No broad stock collection is required to ask about a focused request. A receiving plan still is.

  1. Decide who receives the goods

Provide your receiving country and postcode. Confirm the delivery arrangement; this process does not automatically send the parcel to the end customer.

  2. Set a responsible expectation

Ask about preparation and carrier transit separately. Review the complete quote, tracking option and any destination responsibilities before payment. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

  3. Check before customer fulfilment

Keep the customer request and supplier confirmation together. Inspect the selected item, size, printing and quantity; record a discrepancy before handing over an affected item.
