The First Size Check Starts with the Exact Shirt

You can keep the selection focused without guessing the fit.

  1. Identify the product before the size chart

Use the reference link, design and confirmed version. Ask for the measurements of that particular product rather than taking a chart from another shirt.

  2. Leave an unanswered size question open

Clarify garment versus body measurements and the comparison method. If the product changes, check fit again. Do not promise a fit from a photo or familiar letter.

  3. Carry the approved choice into fulfilment

Record the agreed size with the selected version, quantity and printing. Compare the delivered item before completing your own customer handover.
